Yay!  Getting a program soon(ish) and love how simple you've made this!  Might be one of the first *real* things I try out after messing around in the program for a bit.  Thanks for the tutorial! <3  (even though you posted this like 3 years ago :P )

hey is it okay if my art style is based on yours? Of course it's modified a bit because copyright is everywhere.

People are influenced by other artists styles all the time! Its okay as long as you never crip off their actual drawings or characters.
I hope you do well with the tutorial and it helps you!

How did you make the outline at the end look so clean after all the sketch and make the lines even?
Reply
:iconemi-ku:
emi-ku Featured By Owner Aug 8, 2013  Student Digital Artist
Steady hand i guess, i usually do small strokes. That way it causes less chance for me to mess it up xD
There are other ways, If you use SAI and you create a pen layer.

you can alter and smoothen the lines, even change the weight. Id recommend giving it a try, though it may take a bit to get used to.
If you do get used to it, its gonna be way smoother than my lines.

I hope that helps

This style is fantastic! I really have trouble drawing without getting frustrated and drawing in this style makes me feel better (cause it ends up actually decent for once) ^^
Thanks so much for the tutorial x3
